Tim Wilson

Director, Corporate Finance

Tim Wilson is an accomplished Corporate Finance professional with over a decade of experience in the industry, having worked on numerous Pre-IPO raises into IPOs and on market placements with a network of high calibre high net worth and institutional investors both domestically and overseas. Tim works within public and private markets to help clients develop bespoke solutions in corporate advisory, mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets and private equity. Tim specializes in bringing proposals to market and providing capital raising solutions while working closely with clients to help them meet their introductory and expansion capital needs.

Lord Christopher Wellesley

Director, Corporate Finance

With over 35 years experience in banking and capital markets in board and senior roles and also not-for-profit, across Australia , Asia and the UK working with clients across a number of sectors including resources, energy and funds management. I have an extensive network of senior, key relationships across the UK capital markets as well as demonstrated expertise in capital raising, corporate and financial markets and a deep commitment and involvement in a range of private philanthropic activities.



Gordon Glasfurd

Associate Director, Corporate Finance

With over 25 years of experience in global capital markets, Gordon commenced corporate life after training at the Australian Defence Force Academy, working in London and Copenhagen as a Forex Trader at global investment banks. Joining the Funds Management Industry with a Distribution role at SMF Funds Management, he was soon invited to INVESCO Australia to Head Distribution post the acquisition of County NatWest. Gordon received the Regional Distribution Award. Moving to head of distribution at Multiplex capital, Gordon developed and implemented the product, management and distribution strategy for the company with great success. Gordon then became a Managing Director of GIA Capital Solutions in 2009. Gordon and the GIA team now provide debt and equity solutions to over 50 listed and unlisted companies and individuals who continue to work with GIA. Gordon has a B.A. Politics & History UNSW and a Grad Dip Banking & Finance Curtin Business School. With further Graduate Studies with ASFA and DFP units.

Jack Colreavy, CFA

Associate, Corporate Finance

Jack is an Associate within BPC's Corporate Finance Team. Previously, Jack was a full-time athlete representing Australia over the marathon distance with a career-best 45th place at the 2017 IAAF World Championships in London. Prior to athletics, Jack was an Equities Dealer for Paradice Investment Management. Jack has passed all three levels of the CFA Institute. He has also completed a Masters of Commerce (Finance & Banking) at the University of Sydney, and a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) at the University of Notre Dame, Australia. 

Casey Portors

Associate, Corporate Finance

Casey works within the Corporate Finance team at BPC. She has experience assisting private and ASX-listed small- and micro-cap clients with their capital raising and corporate needs. She holds a Bachelor of Economics (Econometrics and Economics) from the University of Sydney and is RG146 (General & Securities) compliant.

Ben Weber

Chief Investment Officer

Ben has over 15 years’ experience in the financial services industry. His background includes portfolio construction, quantitative trading to large and mid-cap investments. Ben is predominantly focused on small caps and emerging markets, providing capital solutions and market strategy to listed and Pre-IPO companies. His clients include wholesale investors as well as ASX listed companies having built long term and successful relationships.

Andrew Saad

General Manager Operations

Andrew works as the General Manager of Asset Management Operations for high net worth clients. He has been in the financial services sector for several years and is a highly reputable individual. Andrew also has established an extensive network in both broker and fund management businesses. Andrew has participated in many capital raises from large, mid, small and micro caps and has been involved in Pre-IPO and Post IPO transactions in the mining and tech sectors.

Trent Primmer

Trent is an experienced Senior Advisor with a demonstrated successful track record working in the financial services industry. He is skilled in banking, credit analysis, portfolio management, sales, commercial banking, corporate finance and equity trading. Roberto Russo

Trading Operations Manager

Roberto is an experienced Capital Markets Operator & Capital Markets Trader. He is focused and organised, and continuously improves the trading operational management systems, processes and best practices and ensures all tasks are carried on in an appropriate and timely manner. His skills in administration services, trading operations, equity trading, and portfolio management, ensures he is coherently upholding all trading procedures, whilst helping all processes remain legally compliant. Roberto’s knowledge and expertise in the industry has allowed him to implement a new timely approach to managing operations to maintain a well-organised trading desk. His previous experience as an Equities Trader has given him the ability to understand and deliver outcomes that align with the trading operational strategy and core values.

Joseph Raad

Equities Trader

Joseph is a highly experienced Equities Trader. Prior to joining BPC, he was a Customer Service Representative for the Commonwealth Bank and a Dealer’s Assistant for a boutique private wealth firm. Joseph has a Bachelor of Applied Finance degree from Macquarie University and has experience in both trading and investing over a variety of asset classes. His strong interpersonal and communication skills have helped him consistently form robust and healthy relationships with a diverse range of clients. Mandy Xu

Equities Trader

Mandy is an experienced investment professional. Prior to joining BPC, Mandy worked for Westpac and NAB as a Lending and Branch Manager where she gained extensive leadership skills and in-depth knowledge of an array of industry sectors.   Mandy has a Masters Degree in Applied Finance and Professional Accounting from the University of Adelaide.

CJ Frangieh

Equities Trader

CJ Frangieh is an Equities Trader. With communication at the helm, CJ specialises in connecting stakeholders by coordinating top-line vision with grass-level execution. Throughout his career, CJ has helped businesses build robust client and partner relationships in the industry, to build network growth momentum. In his current role at BPC, he is working towards building a nationwide network of brokers and high net-worth investors while ensuring all our departments work in unison to achieve the client's vision.


Russell Wright

General Manager of Research

Russell is an experienced research analyst with over 30 years’ experience in financial markets, during which he has twice been recognized as Researcher of The Year by the Australian Stockbrokers’ Association. He is also a qualified Chartered Accountant (under ICAEW) and Responsible Executive under (ASIC).

Matthew Pullan

Research Associate

Matthew is a Research Associate within the BPC Research Team. Prior to joining BPC, he was a Customer Support Specialist at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, enabling him to communicate and collaborate well with others. Matthew has completed a Bachelor of Commerce at Macquarie University, majoring in Economics and International Business, which has given him the knowledge and attention to detail needed to conduct quality research.


Donna Warner

Chief Marketing Officer

Donna has 20+ years’ experience across investor relations, marketing, media, and events for companies ranging from early-stage startups to some of Australia’s largest blue chip and multinational brands. Many ASX-listed companies have entrusted Donna to generate market confidence in their stock, via the timely and accurate distribution of media announcements and company presentations. Her strong network of investor media contacts, investment bankers, stockbrokers, and corporate advisors enables her to generate high-quality exposure with influencers of trading volume and stock price. Her road shows are attended by some of Australia’s top analysts, fund managers, and potential investors. Donna holds a Graduate Diploma in Business, Management and Marketing and is a member of the Public Relations Institute of Australia.

Amit Anil

Head of Marketing, Branding & Strategy

Amit specialises in brand development and marketing strategy. He has 10+ years of experience across a variety of industries championing an integrated communications approach for start-ups and established brands. Amit helps clients fine-tune their communication strategy online and offline, through brand copy, presentation, strategic partnerships and visual showcases. His strong background in UX, UI and Design Thinking enables him to tackle every hurdle and challenge with a methodical and efficient approach. Amit’s network of creative and technical experts helps him stay at the forefront of technology and brand trends. He holds a Bachelor of Business specialising in Marketing and Advertising from Auckland University of Technology, a Diploma in Digital Media, a Diploma in Graphic Design and certificates in UX, UI and Design Thinking.

Elena Tassis

Marketing Coordinator

Elena is the Marketing Coordinator. Her prior experience as a Social Media Manager has provided her with a diverse range of marketing skills including content creation, database management, reporting, lead generation and management, social profile development and digital marketing.  Elena assists clients by creating customised marketing strategies which work to raise consumer engagement rates and brand awareness. She keeps abreast of rapidly changing industry trends and capitalises on influencer partnerships to strengthen the clients reach to their customers.  Elena has completed a Bachelor of Communication majoring in Digital and Social Media at the University of Technology Sydney.

Benjamin Ebzery

Creative Marketing Assistant

Ben is an aspiring Marketing Professional with experience in database and stakeholder relationship management. He has extensive skills in social media management and content creation. Ben has a passion for marketing, design and lifestyle and has multiple years of experience using the Adobe Creative Suite. Ben has completed a Bachelor of Communications & Media, majoring in Marketing at the University of Wollongong.

Elly Georgiou

Marketing Assistant

Elly is a confident, articulate, and passionate Marketing Assistant who has experience in both traditional and digital channels. Elly enjoys taking on responsibility, implementing and executing marketing campaigns and being able to adhere to moving deadlines.  Her prior experience as a Social Media and Digital Marketing Coordinator, enables Elly to successfully establish and maintain client relationships. Cassandra Ross

As a Business Operations Manager, Cassandra strives to identify and implement genuine changes to benefit her colleagues and clients. Juliana Martinovic

Juliana is extremely passionate about customer service. Her experience in customer service includes excelling at prioritising and completing multiple tasks to accomplish short term and long-term goals. As well as assisting staff, Juliana is responsible for greeting visitors, diary management, managing the boardroom and meeting rooms for internal staff and guests ensuring the smooth flow as front of house.
